Youth4Green: Digital Leaders for a Sustainable Europe
From Interest and Intention, to Green Action!
Youth4Green is an Erasmus+ KA153-YOU training course project that transforms the goals of the European Green Deal into practical and replicable methods for youth work. As youth workers from 6 countries, we have produced concrete tools for a sustainable future. This site is the living archive of our project and an open resource center for all youth workers.

Aim and Objectives
Our overall aim was to strengthen youth workers' knowledge and facilitation skills so they could plan, deliver, and evaluate small but meaningful green activities with and for young people.
Building Competence
To build practical competence in climate literacy, community engagement, and facilitation through non-formal methods and guided reflection
Digital Practices
To make basic digital practices easy to use for planning, documenting, and communicating youth activities, using shared documents and simple video formats.
To support each participant in producing a short, context-fit action plan and to connect organisations for peer support and follow-up cooperation.
