Enhanced Youth Worker Competence
Participants significantly increased their confidence and practical skills in planning and facilitating green-themed sessions using non-formal methods like MUN and Forum Theatre.
Practical Toolkit & Digital Resources
A key outcome is the co-created toolkit featuring adaptable guides for campaign design, MUN, Forum Theatre, and urban observation. Short videos and digital practices for planning were also developed.
Strengthened Network & Collaboration
The project successfully connected organisations across Europe, fostering a peer support network. Standardised digital practices and the online hub facilitate ongoing cooperation and resource sharing.
Local Action Plans & Implementation
Every participant developed a context-specific action plan to implement green activities locally. Several organisations scheduled trial activities immediately after the training, moving from interest to practice.
